Venue and Date

If after booking your wedding, you wish to alter the date or place of the booking, it is necessary that written notice should be given to Creative Wedding Ideas.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellations, booking fees are not refundable.

A booking fee of £50 is required to book our services, the final amount of the balance is due 28 days before the Wedding Date.

Replacement of hired goods

On some occasions, chair covers or sash’s or accessories can go missing or are broken, please note the replacement costs if this unfortunately happened on your wedding day.

·        Replacement cost per chair cover = £10.00

·        Replacement cost per Table Cloth = £50.00

·        Replacement Cost per Runner = £10.00

·        Replacement Cost per Square Overlay = £10.00

·        Replacement cost per bow = £2.00

·        Mirrors - £8.00

·        Vases - £20.00

·        Candles - £1 each

Order
The Company uses its best endeavor to select the most suitable Company reserves the right to replace the items with the nearest equivalent product/colour, should the product be unavailable.
The ordered goods remain the property of Creative Wedding Ideas.type of products, and goods needed to produce the required finished item. The

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing within 7 days of order. Thereafter all orders will be considered a legally binding contract.
Deposits are non refundable, of which covers the cost of administration.
